Attacks
The very basic logic behind self-defense is that every attack has a defense. As every action has a reaction.Self-defense is just not defending yourself but also using common sense and logic to be safe. Its also related to always having awareness.
So lets talk about attacks here. Basically in self-defense it can be divided into two sections-
1.Simple attacks
2.Complex attacks
1. Simple attacks -
Simple attacks consists of simple grabbing, choking and limited motion. Simple wrist grabbing, neck choking, using less motion and attacking are the simple attacks. These are very simple tactics and does not require any practice just awareness and presence of mind.
2. Complex attacks -
Complex attack are those which require practice and strength of a person. Basically the complex attacks are like pushing, punching and throwing. These attacks are only possible if one uses the right techniques and has practiced it over and over again. Or else they may land up hurting themselves.
